The Role
Adbri Concrete currently has an opportunity for a Heavy Rigid (HR) licenced Driver to join our fleet of Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers. Based out of our site at Victor Harbour, you will load and deliver pre-mixed concrete to our customer sites.
As an Agitator Driver you will ensure that customer orders are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently. If you already have a HR licence, then we can offer training in all facets of being an Agitator Driver and pre-mixed concrete delivery.

This role is available on a permanent full-time basis working on our day shift Monday to Friday along with Saturday shifts as and when required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver concrete to clients' sites.
- Manage concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete.
- Complete basic documentation.
- Develop positive customer relationships.
- Maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition.
- Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management requirements.
What you will need to succeed
- Essential - hold a current HR drivers licence and be able to provide a driver’s licence history check.
- Highly regarded – experience driving a Concrete Agitator Truck.
- Current white card.
- Have a positive work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work self-directed.
- Be a reliable team player with a focus on excellent customer service.
