Regional Supervisor – Drive in Drive Out

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to manage weld repairs and protective coating tasks at a major water infrastructure facility near Albury, NSW. Your role will be vital in ensuring quality and efficiency, with a focus on collaboration, trust, and compliance as key to our customer relationship.

This is a Drive-in Drive-out regional position, with work conducted during standard site hours from Monday to Friday. As a leader, you'll prioritise safety as you lead a team of specialised subcontractors to consistently deliver outstanding results for our client.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in development and review of safety related documentation for delivery of the works.
• Support the creation and review of quality related documentation for the work scope.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in a safe and controlled manner to meet the requirements of both Diona and client policies and procedures
• Lead daily site prestart and safety briefings.
• Complete daily documentation (Daily project Reports, Checklists, Inspections and Permits) and weekly KPI reporting
• Support the delivery team with planning works and coordinating subcontractors
• Liaise with client representatives regarding works progress and quality control
• Ensure Quality Control documentation is maintained to the standard required.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities on a day to day basis
• Issue and control permits related to Confined Spaces working and client operational requirements.
• Enforce & adhere to OH&S regulations

• A proven ability to engage respectfully with customers and win their trust
• Proactive attitude with problem solving capability with experience of working without direct management supervision.
• Welding and Coating of metals experience preferred.
• 10 years’ experience in client facing supervisory or engineering role
• Experience in working in a Confined Spaces environment
• Experience in maintaining Quality Control records
• Current unrestricted Driver's license and white card.
