We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our high performing People & Capability team based in Brisbane City. Day to day you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the weekly pay runs. You will manage the process for approx. 240 employees, which includes both white and blue collar employees. This will include managing the timesheet process, new hires, terminations, NAB EFT payments, PAYG and all payroll adjustments.

- 5+ years payroll experience
- Timefiler and COINS payroll software highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of related legislation, and experience interpreting awards, Enterprise Agreements and contracts
- Strong knowledge of superannuation compliance, payroll tax and leave provisions across multiple states
- Previous experience in an EBA blue collar workforce
- Demonstrated effective time management and communication skills
- Ability to implement and identify process improvements
