About the role
Join the Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV) Dental Laboratory team and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This fixed-term position is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with others, and making a difference in patient outcomes through efficient admin support.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating workflow for our dental labs at the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne
- Supporting with invoicing, ordering supplies, and managing lab admin
- Allocating dental work from students and clinicians to lab technicians
- Communicating with internal teams and external partners
- Tracking and reporting on quality feedback and service delivery
- Liaising with contractors for equipment and maintenance
- Conducting audits and reporting delays or service issues
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are confident using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Have experience working with stakeholders or within clinical teams
- Are proactive and organised with a strong attention to detail
- Have customer service or patient services experience (dental experience is highly regarded)
