About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Officer, Facility Management. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Facilities and Technical Services team, including managing work requests, maintaining asset data, coordinating maintenance schedules and compliance, and delivering general administrative and customer support to meet operational goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming work requests, emails, and calls through the asset management system.
- Coordinating corrective and preventative maintenance for building infrastructure and dental equipment.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and stock management tasks.
- Maintaining accurate asset data, compliance records, and service documentation.
- Liaising with contractors and supporting facilities projects and operational improvements.
- Providing administrative support and assisting with emergency and incident response as required.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage workloads, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Skilled in building relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting organisational goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with databases and information management systems.
