About the role:
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our committed and supportive team at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. This role provides efficient and confidential administrative support for Primary Care. It is a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders and is critical in supporting our aims of achieving great patient outcomes.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate activities pertaining to meetings and events including attendance, agenda, hand out materials, venue and catering for project activities and act as minute taker for meetings
- Support the team in managing the logistics behind the various departments within Primary care programs, training, peer reviews and other development activities
- Ensure effective utilisation of the Head of Unit and Operation Manager’s time by maintaining diary, arranging appointments and responding to invitations.
A bit about you:
- You are organised, efficient and have good attention to detail
- You are professional, enjoy working with others and have a customer service focus
- Experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
- You have strong communication and business writing skills, administration experience and advanced computer skills
