We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join DEWC’s team based at Mawson Lakes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level and proactive support to the CEO and other senior management stakeholders to increase productivity, optimise business strategy activities, and ensure smooth office operations. The PA will facilitate effective communication and handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced and confidential environment. This role will require strong organisational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

What we are looking for
To excel in this role, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
Strong Organisational and Time Management Skills: The ability to effortlessly manage complex schedules, prioritise tasks efficiently, and ensure deadlines are met is crucial.
Demonstrated Experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant: A proven track record in providing effective administrative support to executives or senior management.
Experience in Defence and Defence Industry (Preferred): While not mandatory, prior experience in the Defence sector or Defence Industry is highly valued.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Exceptional attention to detail in both verbal and written communication is essential. This role requires a proficient ability to articulate ideas and information clearly.
Proficiency in Productivity Tools: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and other scheduling software is essential to streamline tasks and boost efficiency.
Discretion and Confidentiality: The successful applicant may be entrusted and exposed to sensitive information, so discretion and the ability to handle confidential data with the utmost integrity are non-negotiable.
Adaptability: Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and perform well under pressure is essential.
