About the Role
As an Account Coordinator – Global Brands, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer service operations, delivering excellence across key accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and proactive problem-solving.
This is a fast-paced, data-driven role where your ability to juggle priorities, build relationships, and think on your feet will shine.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding service to key accounts across the Global Brands ANZ portfolio
- Accurately process customer orders and coordinate deliveries to meet DIFOT targets
- Resolve customer concerns with smart, value-driven solutions
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage account reconciliation and support credit claim investigations
- Support new product setups and transitions
- Be the go-to contact for distribution centre queries
- Leverage Salesforce to boost efficiency and positive customer outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- A natural flair for building rapport and trust across teams and clients
- Strong analytical and numerical skills – you love working with data
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Experience in customer service, account coordination, or supply chain (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (a plus)
