About our Opportunity
We are looking for a team player to join our Manufacturing group at Regency Park as a Production Technician, producing paper bags for a well-known Australian food retailer. The role is permanent part-time working 3 days per week on rotating 12-hour shifts (total 36 hours per week).
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires the safe and efficient operation of our machines while achieving maximum quality throughout the job process.

About the role
Our Production Technicians are responsible for proactively and accurately setting up, operating, adjusting and maintaining equipment per job specifications, performing minor troubleshooting as required, contributing to quality and safety standards and processes, and ensuring as a team that daily production targets are met.
About You
- A safety-first mindset with ability to demonstrate safe behaviours in the workplace.
- Experience running machinery in packaging industry preferred but not required.
- A can-do attitude and an ability to act proactively.
- A commitment to producing a quality product every time.
- Sound computer skills with ability to record operational data accurately.
