Shape the financial future of our manufacturing operations.

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Australian Operations team in Adelaide. Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Operations, this role is central to delivering financial insights that drive operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability across our Packaging and Medical manufacturing divisions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys partnering with operations to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate and insightful financial reports for Australian Operations
  • Perform detailed manufacturing cost accounting, including variance analysis and reporting
  • Drive budgeting and cost roll processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals
  • Mentor and support a Junior Management Accountant, fostering growth and capability
  • Ensure tight cost control and compliance with company policies and authority levels
  • Collaborate with production teams to interpret factory performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support engineering project reporting and intercompany invoicing
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to CIP reporting
  • Educate frontline managers on financial drivers and cost management strategies

What You’ll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent commercial experience in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A high level of personal integrity and accountability
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or cost accounting is highly desirable
