Are you looking for a casual role working as a part of the Detmold Medical production team being responsible for maintaining daily disciplines to efficiently and safely prepare and pack products within a factory environment.

Join Detmold Medical, a respected local manufacturer supplying high-end face masks and respirators. We’re seeking two reliable Packers on a casual basis to start after Easter 2026 to work in a positive team culture where safety always comes first.

About the Role:

Responsibilities and activities will include but not be limited to:

·      Packing and dispatching product while achieving productivity targets, ensuring stock is available to meet sales demand.

·      Minimising downtime by finding efficiencies with better ways to work.

·      Achieving/ overachieving waste targets finding better ways to reduce waste.

·      Ensuring all products are produced within specifications provided ensuring quality systems and procedures are adhered to.

·      Demonstrating personal commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental management by complying with Detmold Medical Policies, Procedures and relevant national Occupational Health Safety & Environmental Legislation.

·      Being prepared to participate in any training so as to improve workplace performance and when required train others to the required competency level required.
