People Business Partner

Location: Adelaide

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on People Business Partner to join our Group People team, partnering closely with Business Managers across a diverse manufacturing organisation.

This is a true generalist role where you’ll work across the full HR spectrum—supporting leaders with day-to-day people matters while contributing to broader capability, workforce and change initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with leaders to provide practical, solutions-focused HR advice
• Support delivery of people initiatives aligned to business priorities
• Manage and advise on employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances)
• Contribute to capability development, workforce planning and organisational change
• Use people data and insights to inform decision-making
• Collaborate closely with the broader People team (TA, L&D, Safety)

What we’re looking for

• ~5+ years’ HR experience across a broad generalist/business partnering remit
• Strong background in employee relations and HR advisory
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines—not just a specialist area
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and industrial frameworks
• Commercially astute, pragmatic and hands-on in approach
