Are you a hands‑on data entry/ computer expert with sound experience in sales orders, shipments and warehouse adjustments coupled with high levels of initiative, an inquisitive mind and a habit of meeting important deadlines?
About the opportunity
The Order Management and Logistics Specialist supports the project team during the ERP transition, managing intercompany orders, data entry for orders, shipments, and warehouse adjustments, and partnering with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure timely customer delivery. This role will be based in our Kuala Lumpur offices.
What you’ll do
· Data entry (direct or via upload process) of orders / sales orders.
· Process shipments to customers, and internal distribution orders.
· Maintain data links between sales orders and purchase orders.
· Trouble shooting of intercompany orders on a timely basis through to resolution.
· Action various other warehouse and order entry tasks on request, including stock adjustments, order linkage and customer returns.
What you’ll bring
Essential
· Excellent attention to detail and previous experience in a data entry/ management role
· Excellent English Comprehension (Written and Spoken).
· Excellent data entry speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
· Advanced/ intermediate computing skills, Microsoft Excel, and the Microsoft Suite.
· Strong Interpersonal Skills.
· Sound time management skills, ability to work independently and diligently with minimal direction.
· Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
· Strong customer service communication skills
· Multiple language skills would be considered favourably (preferable Chinese, Indonesian or Vietnamese).
