The Opportunity

As our Demand Planning Leader, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing planning team.
  • Drive forecasting excellence and best‑practice processes.
  • Play a key role in S&OP, providing insight that shapes production, inventory and commercial decisions.
  • Strengthen demand and inventory master data accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to understand demand drivers and resolve variances.
  • Leverage analytics and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

About You

You’re a confident, forward-thinking planning professional with experience leading demand planning or forecasting functions within manufacturing or another sophisticated environment.

You bring:

  • 5-7+ years in Demand Planning, Forecasting or S&OP within complex or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven team leadership and development experience.
  • Strong analytical capability and forecasting tool exposure (AI/advanced modelling a bonus).
  • Advanced Excel and familiarity with supply chain systems.
  • Commercial acumen, communication strength and collaborative influence.
  • Energy, professionalism and a growth mindset.
