About the Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Production Technicians in permanent and temporary capacity to join our team at Regency Park. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a Safety-first mentality with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

More specifically you will:

  • Set-up and operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement activity by using Operator Feedback Systems (OFS)
  • Conduct quality checks on products in line with the technical standards
  • Perform machine and general cleaning duties to ensure high housekeeping standards
  • Minimise production downtime by troubleshooting equipment and perform repairs as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment including greasing/oiling in line with lubrication charts
  • Participate in training/train co-workers regarding plant and equipment work instructions/ standard operating procedures
  • Complete productivity, engineering, and waste target performance reports as required
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

About You

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • A safety-first mindset with ability to demonstrate safe behaviours in the workplace
  • Ability to work with integrity, display initiative and be a reliable team player
  • A positive attitude with ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail and a customer focused mindset
  • Willingness to work rotating (day and night) shifts and overtime as needed
