Are you a strategic IT leader ready to make a global impact? We’re seeking a Group IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services across our international operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and exceptional customer experience.

Though based in Australia, this is a truly global role—you’ll head up the IT function and lead delivery of IT Services across Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, China and other sites.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and drive consistent IT service delivery across the Group, ensuring alignment with SLAs and business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of direct and indirect reports.
  • Drive service performance through KPIs, issue resolution, and process optimisation.
  • Champion cybersecurity strategy and ensure the protection of technology assets.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to the ICT strategy and Transformation roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.

What you’ll bring:

Essential

  • Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology.
  • Certified ITIL practitioner.
  • Minimum 5 years in ICT leadership across multiple regions.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, remote teams.

Desirable

  • Formal Project Management certification.
  • Experience in cloud hosting, server technologies, and network systems.

You’re a seasoned IT leader with a global mindset, known for your ability to lead remote teams, manage change, and deliver results in complex environments.
