National Accounts Sales Manager - PaperPak

Location: Melbourne

Reporting to: General Manager - PaperPak

An exciting opportunity has become available for a National Accounts Sales Manager - PaperPak.

This leadership role is responsible for driving sustainable growth across our national account portfolio, maximising customer opportunities, leading a high-performing team, and building strong customer relationships across the retail market. Working closely with the General Manager - PaperPak, you will also identify and implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the National Accounts team.
  • Drive growth across existing customers and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver profitable growth.
  • Manage tender submissions and commercial business cases.
  • Drive forecasting, inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new customers through QSE.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, CRM data and sales pipeline management.
  • Lead growth opportunities within key retail channels, including Pharmacy.

About You

You are a commercially minded sales leader with strong account management and business development experience.

You will bring:

  • Proven success in national account management and new business development.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent commercial, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and alignment with the Detmold Values.

Desirable

  • Experience within retail, packaging, manufacturing or related industries.
  • Exposure to supply chain and inventory management principles.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
