We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy, energetic Business Development Specialist who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals. If you’re strategic, motivated, and ready to make an impact, this is your moment to shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving new business growth and achieving sales targets
• Identifying and converting new opportunities into long-term customers
• Turning packaging challenges into creative solutions
• Deepening relationships with existing clients and expanding product use
• Representing our brand with confidence and professionalism
• Exploring new markets and staying ahead of industry trends
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing technical product support

What You Bring

• At least 5 years' experience in account management and solution-based selling
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in selling to packaging distributors
• A strategic mindset with a passion for solving customer challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in FMCG, packaging, or print is a bonus—but not essential
• A proactive, energetic attitude and a team-first mindset
• Experience using Salesforce
