Flexographic Printer

Cup and Carry are seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer OR an Offset Printer. As a Flexographic Printer, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining our state-of-the-art EKOFA Printing Machine. Working closely with production team members, you’ll ensure that output meets scheduled requirements and product quality aligns with our high standards. For any Offset Printer’s interested in the position, full training will be provided and must have a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

·        Operate flexographic printing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

·        Maintain compliance with OHS policies and procedures

·        Conduct machine setup and adjustments as per standard procedures

·        Monitor and maintain product quality and GMP standards

·        Achieve productivity and waste reduction targets

·        Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and printer trials

·        Record production data and contribute to root cause investigations

·        Support team collaboration and uphold company values

·        Willingness to operate various other production machinery as and when required

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

·        Trade qualification in Flexographic or Offset Printing

·        Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

·        High attention to detail and commitment to quality

·        Experience in full process printing (up to 120 LPI)

·        Personal integrity and resilience under pressure

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices

Desirable:

·        Experience producing high-end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry

·        Previous operation of flexographic printing machines
