We are seeking a capable and organised Project Administrator to join our Group Commercial- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Modernisation Project team based at our Regency Park office. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Group Manager Commercial Excellence this position is responsible for providing proactive administration and coordination of Project meetings and training. This includes administrative and data entry support, internal and external communication and coordination of meetings. You will work closely with a number of teams in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What you will do:

  • Provide professional project administration support to the ERP team. 
  • Deliver proactive support for training sessions and workshops, including maintaining user access, scheduling training and ensuring training materials are available. 
  • Provide support for the coordination of meetings including organising project meetings, and the preparation of agendas, reports and documentation as required.
  • Deliver administration and coordination of shared team email & calendar enquiries 
  • Maintain systems and processes as requested to ensure we have accurate and timely data to support the ERP Project. 

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Project Administration/ Administrative Coordinator role.
  • Well-developed communication skills, and ability to engage and build relationships across various stakeholder groups in multiple geographies. 
  • A willingness to ask questions, learn and actively take on new challenges
  • Flexibility and versatility of approach to handle changing work requirements. 
  • Excellent English-language verbal and written communication skills. 
  • A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Confidence working across multiple tasks and priorities with a strong attention to detail.

Technical skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working on a large project providing administrative support (desirable)

You are organised, adaptable, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to manage your workload effectively and complete tasks accurately while meeting deadlines as required. You are comfortable working autonomously while also being a strong team contributor.
