Key Account Executive / Manager

At Detpak, we’re shaping the future of sustainable packaging and we’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive / Manager to help us grow across South Asia.

About the Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Global Business Managers and driving success with our Global Brand customers across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll build strong partnerships, deliver business growth, and ensure operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Drive growth in existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
• Develop and update annual account plans aligned with company strategy.
• Manage forecasts, stock levels, and promotional pipelines in collaboration with Supply Chain.
• Lead onboarding of new products and promotional items, ensuring seamless execution.
• Negotiate pricing and promotional activities within agreed frameworks.
• Keep Salesforce up to date with opportunities, tasks, and customer insights.
• Play a lead role in quarterly Business Review meetings with global customers.
• Use Power BI to track performance, identify trends, and highlight growth opportunities.
• Deliver clear, timely reporting to internal stakeholders on key objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in Account Management or Coordination within FMCG, Distribution, or Packaging.
• Experience working with large-scale customers across multiple geographies.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L impact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• A passion for customer service excellence and strategic growth.
