DetPak, part of the Detmold Group, is a leading manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions. We are seeking a highly capable Customer Service Specialist to deliver proactive and professional support to Detpak sales teams and internal customers by planning and driving initiatives that maximise customer-facing time and reduce administrative workloads. You will also be required to facilitate special stock movements to the warehouse to help reduce ageing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key accounts via phone, maintaining a positive company image.
- Efficiently manage email orders and centralised processing to support sales teams and customers.
- Ensure timely, proactive follow-up with sales teams, head office, and customers.
- Process enquiries and orders promptly, delivering consistent, positive outcomes.
- Resolve customer issues proactively with solutions reflecting Detpak’s quality and service standards.
- Promote products and services in all customer interactions.
About You:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver service excellence.
- Effective rapport-builder across multiple channels, including phone.
- Advanced computer and data management skills.
- High integrity, initiative and accountability for results.
- Persistent, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to stay focused while managing competing priorities.
- Experienced working across multiple systems with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and data management systems is desirable.
