Business Development Manager - Industrial, Philippines
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager Industrial to join our team in the Philippines. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Industrial, Asia, you will manage existing accounts, identify and close new opportunities, and drive industrial sales growth aligned with our plant capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing accounts and distributor channels
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities
• Achieve or exceed sales and gross margin budgets
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence
• Lead product development initiatives to maintain competitiveness
• Ensure smooth supply continuity through collaboration with production and marketing teams
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Technical field preferred
• 5+ years in account management and business development
• Strong selling capability and proven track record in closing deals
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Mechanical aptitude and strong analytical abilities
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing sales teams
