About the Role

We’re looking for motivated Casual Production team members to help us prepare, pack and dispatch quality products in a fast‑paced factory environment.

Responsibilities and activities will include but not be limited to:

·      Work safely and follow all WHS and environmental procedures.

·      Follow standard procedures to ensure packed products adhere to specification in line with established quality systems.

·      Pack and dispatch products to hit daily productivity targets.

·      Work in collaboration with the machine operator to maintain efficient operations by minimising downtime and eliminating waste.

·      Complete computer data entry to record production and quality information.

·      Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset.

·      The ability to stand for extended periods.

·      Flexibility to work in different departments, depending on operational need.

·      Ability and availability to work night, afternoon and day shifts.

·      Clear communication skills.

·      Reliability and team first approach.
