People Coordinator (Graduate) – Adelaide

Are you a recent HR graduate or early-career professional ready to take the next step in your career? At Detmold Group, we’re looking for a passionate and driven People Coordinator to join our dynamic People team in Adelaide.

This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle, gain exposure to strategic HR initiatives, and contribute to building a high-performing and engaged workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide advice on HR policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support recruitment activities, including apprenticeships and operational roles.
  • Assist with interpreting employment conditions under Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, supporting a positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to performance and behaviour-related matters under guidance.
  • Help manage apprenticeship programs and support training outcomes.
  • Assist with HR documentation, reporting, and annual People initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an HR environment (internships, graduate programs, or entry-level roles welcome).
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive, resilient, and service-oriented mindset.
