About the Role
Based at Hindmarsh with regular visits to Brompton and Regency Park, you’ll report to the Regional People Partnering Manager and provide end-to-end HR support across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with leaders and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to deliver practical HR solutions and coaching.
- Manage employee relations matters and provide policy and Award/EA interpretation.
- Support workforce planning, skills profiling, and organisational design.
- Assist with operational recruitment and manage the apprenticeship program.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role (manufacturing, construction, or similar industries highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, systems, and industrial instruments.
- Exposure to Enterprise Agreements and employee/industrial relations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to handle challenging conversations.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
