What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our customer and sales operations, including:
Sales & Customer Growth
- Manage incoming phone and email orders for our national customer base
- Build trusted relationships through warm call cycles, proactive follow-up and exceptional service
- Promote PaperPak’s stock range, print capabilities, online ordering tools and seasonal products
- Assist walk-in showroom customers and identify new opportunities or emerging markets
Customer Service & Support
- Deliver outstanding service aligned to our Global Customer Service Standards
- Respond to enquiries, send sample packs, manage complaints and ensure positive outcomes
- Support national and regional teams with administrative and sales-related tasks
Order & Systems Management
- Process orders accurately and efficiently in line with company policies
- Work across multiple systems including Salesforce, MFG-PRO, Power BI and Detinform
- Monitor orders, track freight, manage back-orders and communicate updates to customers
What You’ll Bring

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High personal integrity, accountability and resilience
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Solid computer and data management capability
- Experience in sales support, customer service or a similar role (manufacturing or product-based industry experience highly regarded)
