As an In-Work Support Mentor, you will play a critical role in providing ongoing support to participants with a disability, injury or health condition, who have secured employment. You will mentor and coach individuals, helping them navigate the challenges of their new roles and ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed. Your responsibilities will also include regular check-ins with participants, providing guidance on workplace issues, and connecting them with additional support services as needed to ensure sustainable, ongoing employment. You will also collaborate with employers to foster a positive working relationship.

You are a dedicated professional with a strong background in employment services or related fields. The ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts are essential, as well as the ability to provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of every client. Knowledge of Disability Employment Services or the Disability Sector will be highly regarded.
