What is our opportunity?

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully managing teams, or an experienced Employment Services candidate looking for the next step up. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically to drive results. In-depth knowledge of the Australian job market and Employment Services industry will set you apart.

To be an Asurian, you must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
