About the Opportunity

We regularly seek skilled casual chefs to join our dynamic Brisbane culinary team. Working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, you'll help deliver memorable meals that showcase the best of Queensland's produce. These casual positions provide flexibility and the chance to work in fast-paced, supportive kitchen environments.

What You'll Be Doing

If selected for future opportunities, your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard of quality and presentation
• Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to support efficient service
• Assisting with inventory and ordering when required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace
• Contributing to a positive team environment and delivering excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

We welcome EOIs from individuals who bring:

• Experience as a chef or cook—ideally 1–2 years in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques and flavour profiling
• Excellent time management and an ability to work well under pressure
• A commitment to high standards of safety, hygiene and professionalism
• A current Food Safety Certificate (required for employment)
• A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable but not essential)
• A collaborative mindset and passion for creating memorable dining experiences
