The Gore District Council is looking for a people person, to join our Customer Service Team. Our staff are proud of the part they play in providing great recreational activities at the Gore Multisports Complex.
Responding to both counter and telephone enquires for the Gore Aquatic Centre, Ice Sports Southland and the MLT Indoor Event Centre, this role is critical in ensuring that first impressions and customer and service is exceptional.
If you are:
- Customer focused and know what that actually means.
- Can provide excellent customer service which encourages our customers to return.
- Good with a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing bookings, money and accounts.
- Keen to take on responsibility, use your initiative and are a true team player.
