Under our family of brands — Southern Cross Dental, Andent, Dentmill, Precision Dental and TrioClear® — we manufacture and supply a full range of fixed and removable prosthetics, all-ceramic restorations, implants, clear aligners and occlusal appliances. With a 40+ year history and a team of more than 150 skilled professionals, we're united by one thing: a relentless focus on quality, craftsmanship, and customer service.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Dental Technician to join one of our laboratory teams across our Australian network. • Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet MDP's strict quality standards
  • Collaborate with laboratory colleagues to meet turnaround times and client expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organised and compliant workspace in accordance with WHS requirements

What You'll Need

  • Certificate IV in Dental Technology or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a dental laboratory environment (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Familiarity with digital workflows and CAD/CAM technology (advantageous)
  • A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship
