What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality nursing care to our wonderful residents
• Administering medications safely and accurately
• Conducting comprehensive health assessments and care planning
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team including doctors, physiotherapists, and care staff
• Supporting families during what can be challenging times
• Mentoring and guiding our care assistants and junior staff
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
• Previous experience in aged care or geriatric nursing
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of age-related health conditions
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine caring nature
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Understanding of aged care standards and regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
