Outdoor Adventure Store Assistant
🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic member to work in our flagship Outdoor Adventure store in Sydney. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the outdoor lifestyle and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As Store Assistant, you'll be responsible for all aspects of store operations including driving sales, managing inventory, visual merchandising, and community engagement. You’ll lead a diverse team, ensure high standards, and bring our adventure-focused brand to life in a busy and visible location.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Performance
- Drive and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Promote loyalty programs and community initiatives
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional service tailored to outdoor customers
- Organise in-store events, demos, and product sessions
Operations & Compliance
- Assist with day-to-day operations including opening/closing
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure WHS and compliance policies are followed
🧭 Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years retail experience (outdoor/lifestyle preferred)
- Knowledge of outdoor adventure products
- Confident with POS systems
- Exceptional communication and service skills
- First Aid, Manual Handling, Working at Heights (preferred)
