We are seeking an experienced and energetic Operations Manager to oversee day to day activities and ensure consistent service delivery across multiple sites and teams within a broad regional portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced, multi market environments and is passionate about operational excellence, scalability, and outstanding customer experiences.

In this position you will coordinate regional workflows, support geographically dispersed teams, manage cross border processes, and implement best practice standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across various time zones to maintain operational consistency, support growth, and uphold compliance across diverse markets.

Leadership and Regional Team Management

  • Lead, support and develop teams operating across multiple countries and sites
  • Build a performance driven, customer focused culture
  • Provide coaching, feedback and structured performance reviews
  • Ensure effective workforce planning and coverage across the region

Operational Performance and Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee daily operations and drive consistent standards across all locations
  • Use data and reporting to identify optimisation and efficiency opportunities
  • Implement scalable operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support rollout of new systems, programs and operational frameworks

Customer, Partner and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure a high level of service delivery across all regional touchpoints
  • Manage escalations and support local teams in resolving complex issues
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners and external vendors
  • Coordinate activities, events or service programs that align with operational goals

Compliance, Safety and Risk Management

  • Ensure regional adherence to operational policies and statutory requirements
  • Lead risk, WHS and incident management processes
  • Conduct operational audits to maintain high standards across sites
  • Oversee resource management, equipment coordination and operational readiness

🧭 Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years operational leadership experience in multi site or multi country environments
  • Experience working across diverse markets with varying operational requirements
  • Strong people leadership capability in fast paced and complex settings
  • Skilled with operational systems such as scheduling, reporting and workflow tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving ability
  • Advantageous: WHS qualifications, First Aid, incident management experience or multilingual capability
