Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and completed repairs
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment or systems when required
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to resolve technical issues

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a maintenance, technician, or similar hands-on role
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or building maintenance systems
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant trade qualification or technical certification preferred
