The Role
As a Registered Nurse with Scrubs, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based care across a variety of clinical settings, supported by our dedicated nursing team every step of the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, person-centred nursing care in acute, subacute, or community settings
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with complex needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Accurately documenting patient records in line with facility standards
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with legislative requirements
- Upholding AHPRA registration standards and Scrubs' clinical governance framework
What You'll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Minimum 12 months recent clinical experience in an acute or aged care setting
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations as required by placement facilities
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
