About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in London. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving enquiries efficiently across phone, email, and live chat channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues and complaints with a customer-first approach
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
