This position will be responsible for working in conjunction with our HSET Manager to coordinate site & business systems, with main responsibilities:

·        Management of External Portal for Incentive Payments and Employee Training Contracts

·        Support AQTF audits and compliances

·        Liaison with external clients

·        Receipt and processing training registrations and contracts

·        Completion of smart forms and monitor incentive reimbursements

·        Updating of Drilling Certificate Units in the Database

·        Transitioning of Employees to their next Certificate Level once approval from Operations Managers is received

·        Assisting with SAI Global Auditing preparation and remediation

·        Document control of internal Safety System Platforms

·        Management of Rig and Supervisor Audit Registers with monthly broadcasting of status and recording completion

·        Monitoring of DDH1 Safety Inbox – Retention and distribution of documents that are received

·        Provide monthly man hour reports and Take 5’s to required sites

·        Assist with Injury Management, attending GP consultations and organising bookings

·        Conducting Gas Monitor Testing on Equipment and Updating Registers

·        Document Control processes & reformatting of documents

·        Management of Site arrangement for Safety Advisors

·        Constructing MSDS & SWMS folders

·        Other ad hoc activities as they arise or direction from manager received

The successful candidate should possess the following key requirements:

·        Previous experience in a similar role or Industry Experience preferred but not essential

·        Proven experience in document control

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills

·        Ability to work autonomously

·        Efficient in time management

·        High Level of accuracy and attention to detail

·        Proficient in Excel / Word & PowerPoint
