The Opportunity:

This is an exceptional opportunity to support the growth of a full-service experience design and digital production studio in central Auckland. Your goal is to help refine and implement the processes, structures and people support needed to establish and grow an exceptional digital product studio. You'll be servicing both an experience design studio as well as a creative brand & marketing agency, bringing digital projects to life.

You will be working with our highly skilled digital design specialists and some of Aotearoa’s most creative minds to deliver best in class digital solves for our blue-chip clients. Our studio supports not only our local clients but also collaborates with our global TBWA network of studios to partner with and deliver design and build services to international clients.

This is a mid-senior level role where you'll execute project management methods and processes to efficiently deliver digital work. That means we're looking for proven experience as a digital producer or project manager. You will be an integral part of our team - working with clients to understand their problems and opportunities, as well as supporting and empowering the team to deliver world class digital products. In this role, you will be fully supported by the Studio Head of Delivery.

The Responsibilities:

  • Overall, you will be responsible for people happiness, delivery velocity, client relationships and quality control.
  • Working across the Auckland digital studio to ensure timely delivery of multiple products and experiences, including digital display ads, websites, desktop and mobile apps.
  • Providing client relationship value by being the primary point of contact, communicating regularly and contributing positively to the relationship
  • Co-creating product briefs, scope of work, delivery plans, status updates, budget reports and other operational documents
  • Empowering and enabling our delivery team members to plan and prioritise workflow and succeed in delivering products that meet client expectations
  • Collaboratively working with HoD to ensure that teams are happy, supported and delivering at optimal velocity
  • Providing counsel and capability within the field of quality assurance, testing and CMS

What we are looking for: 

People Person. You are passionate about people, from engaging with clients to ensuring our team has what they need to get the job done. You’re a natural communicator, have high empathy skills, and enjoy working collaboratively. You can make space for other points of view, take direction well and aren't afraid to share your considered ideas.

Work Ethic. We're looking for someone who has the courage to help shape and grow a business unit. That means strong organisational skills and a keen sense of how to implement and enhance process to enable efficiency. You can juggle multiple projects and can plan and prioritise to ensure key delivery milestones are met. You're self-motivated and confident working under pressure.

Experience. You’ve been exposed to successfully delivering digital products for clients. You know how to create enthusiasm and momentum. You have knowledge of and are keen to build out your expertise in the product design and delivery process.
