Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver recruitment outcomes across all business units
• Lead recoverable recruitment processes aligned with workforce targets
• Partner with hiring managers with role scoping and proactive sourcing
• Promote EVP and referral programs to boost visibility and engagement
• Grow and manage the recoverable talent pool through targeted campaigns
• Share recruitment data to inform workforce planning and business decisions
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, reporting standards, and onboarding satisfaction
