Talent Acquisition Partner

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Redcliffe, WA | $120,000 - $135,000 + Super

This is an opportunity to take ownership of talent attraction across the business, creating campaigns, talent pipelines, and recruitment strategies that keep us ahead of workforce demand. You'll work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Hiring Managers to strengthen our employer brand, attract high-quality trades talent, and create a recruitment experience that reflects who we are.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Talent Attraction

  • Develop and execute Daltech's talent attraction strategy across priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner with Marketing to deliver targeted recruitment campaigns across digital, social, referral, and industry channels.
  • Promote and strengthen our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employee referral program.
  • Provide market insights, sourcing strategies, and recruitment advice to Hiring Managers.
  • Analyse recruitment performance data and provide recommendations that improve hiring outcomes.

Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines

  • Own and grow Daltech's talent pool as a strategic business asset.
  • Create proactive sourcing strategies that reduce reliance on reactive recruitment.
  • Engage talent communities through regular communication and targeted campaigns.
  • Track pipeline health, candidate quality, and future workforce risks.

Deliver Outstanding Recruitment Outcomes

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units.
  • Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience, quality of hire, and time-to-fill outcomes.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and workforce trends to support business planning.
  • Partner with leaders to improve onboarding success and reduce early-stage turnover.
  • Ensure recruitment reporting, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years' experience in internal talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting for trade, industrial, mining, construction, or high-volume operational workforces.
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines and source candidates proactively.
  • Experience developing or contributing to employer branding and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment technology, and reporting tools.
  • Commercial thinking and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with recruitment delivery.
  • Previous mentoring or leadership experience will be highly regarded, as this role has future people leadership opportunities.
