As our People, Safety & Culture Administrator, you’ll support key HR and safety functions—helping with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys maintaining structured processes and contributing to a well-organised, people-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist with job advertising, interview coordination, candidate communications, and onboarding documentation.
  • Employee Records & HR Admin
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records, support internal role changes, and ensure HR policy compliance.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate induction schedules, training bookings, uniform/PPE distribution, and exit processes.
  • Training Coordination
  • Manage apprentice call-ups, book training sessions, and maintain training records to support compliance.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Support milestone tracking, internal communications, and employee feedback initiatives.
  • General Administration
  • Provide day-to-day admin support to the People, Safety & Culture team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (ideally HRIS system exposure)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Previous admin experience or HR support role is helpful but not essential
