Boilermaker - Perth workshop

Join the Daltech Redcliffe based workshop as our high-end Boilermaker, contributing to a very confident and capable team who are also great people to work with. Working alongside HD Mechanics, Auto Electricians and apprentices, you will have a large variety of work from OEM equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi & More) to various machines (dump trucks, loaders, dozers & more).

The Role

Our workshop (3500sqm facility) offers a 10-hour day Monday to Friday and the option to do additional hours. No Night shifts!

• Maintenance and breakdown repairs on heavy mining machinery.
• Structural inspections and repairs.
• Removal, modification and installation of components.
• Working autonomously and in a team environment.
• Ordering of consumables/steel and any position related items.
• Building on our commitment to quality and safety.
• Ensuring target deadlines are achieved.

What You'll Need?

• Australian Recognised Certificate III in Metal Engineering (Heavy fabrication Boilermaker/Welder)
• Valid Australian Driver's licence (Minimum C Class).
• 5+ years experience working with OEM Equipment – Liebherr, Hitachi, Komatsu, CAT.
• High-Risk Work Licence.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
