With this expansion, the new Field Service Supervisor will take over the operational supervision from Denham to Kununurra.
The Role:
The Supervisor must have an extensive knowledge of maintaining mining /construction equipment and mining operations across Northwest of WA. You will be responsible for coordinating and mobilising skilled employees to meet client and project objectives, ensuring high-quality service delivery while aligning with each site’s safety protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage employee rosters and job orders
- Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and accountability
- Manage quotes, purchase orders, payroll, and invoicing to meet budget targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers through open communication
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards
- Drive performance and ensure deadlines are met across all levels

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience - supervisor/team leader/leading hand.
- Experience with civil and mining clients as well as working with mechanics, auto electricians, and boilermakers.
- Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Qualification (Cert III Mobile Plant).
- Valid Australian Driver's licence (Minimum C Class).
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
