Daltech is growing and we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new business growth and strengthen key client relationships across mining, civil, and industrial sectors.
If you’re commercially sharp, relationship-focused, with a background in maintenance of mining/civil, earthmoving equipment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role with real autonomy.
What You’ll Do
- Win new business and grow market share
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (CRM driven)
- Develop proposals, tenders, and scopes of work
- Manage and expand key client accounts
- Partner with operations to ensure seamless delivery
- Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Represent Daltech in the market and at industry events
What You Bring
- Proven business development / sales experience in heavy mining/plant machinery
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Track record hitting sales and revenue targets
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management
- Experience in mining, civil, or heavy equipment (highly regarded)
