Heavy Diesel Mechanic - Digger Field Service

Expand your skills and get involved with carrying out repairs/maintenance on a variety of diggers and expand your knowledge of digger moves, & major shutdowns/breakdowns. Work with the largest diggers in Australia! FIFO from Perth or live remote residential and travel to site.

2/1 Full Time Contracts: Earnings start from $75/hr + super on all hours and all allowances!

2/1 Casual Contracts: Earnings start from $85/hr + super on all hours and all allowances!

Our Digger team are:

• Experienced in working on a wide variety of Diggers.
• Involved in Digger Moves, Major Shutdowns, and Breakdowns
• Providing quality customer service.
• Able to carry out repairs and maintenance on a large variety of ultra-class machinery.
• Exposed to multiple different mine sites across WA and travel to where the work is.

The Work: In the Pit or on the Pad, you’ll be conducting repairs & maintenance, breakdowns, shuts, moves & all-round field service on all the leading OEM’s!

• CAT 6030 - 6090FS, Liebherr R996, R9400 - R9800, Hitachi EX3600 - EX5600.
• Terex RH120 - RH400 & Komatsu PC4000 - PC5500.

Must haves:

• Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Qualification.
• Valid Australian Driver's licence - Minimum C Class or HR (willing to upgrade).
• Experience working with Diggers – Liebherr, Hitachi, Komatsu, CAT.
• High-Risk Work Licence - LF DG WP
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
