Your opportunity

Are you a highly organised professional with a passion for supporting leadership and driving operational excellence? GippsDairy is seeking an experienced Executive Administrator, to provide high-level support to the GippsDairy Board and Regional Manager/Executive Officer, while coordinating corporate events, managing office systems, and contributing to strategic goals.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who thrives on variety, values precision, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment that supports the Australian dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional secretarial support to the GippsDairy Board, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and compliance reporting.
  • Support the Regional Manager with diary management, travel bookings, document preparation, and project coordination.
  • Manage office operations including reception duties, supplies, venue bookings, and event logistics.
  • Oversee finance tasks such as expense reconciliation, invoice processing, and audit coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support data management across the team.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants across Dairy Australia to align priorities and share best practices.

About you

This role will suit someone who has the following:

  • Proven experience in executive administration or business support roles.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Relevant qualifications in administration, business, or project management (desirable).
