About the Role:
As Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Dairy Australia’s strategic objectives. You’ll support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while fostering strong communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, track actions, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor budgets, process financial tasks, and support forecasting and reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support change management, compliance, and legal documentation processes.
- Prepare and edit project reports, submissions, and respond to ad hoc requests.
