We are currently looking for a consulting-minded digital Project Manager, with solid experience working across cloud migration initiatives and programmes of work. A seasoned professional who can drive excellence in IT transformations for and with our customers, maintaining a healthy focus on humanising & simplifying processes, delivering real value to end-users.
Your skills and experience include:
- Significant experience (5+ years) managing ICT transformation projects with a strong focus/background in cloud and data migrations
- Significant agile (Scrum, SAFE, DSDM, Prince2 etc) experience in data engineering, dev ops or infrastructure projects
- Experience working in large, complex organisations such as financial, govt organisations, utilities (our customer portfolio is significant!)
- Ability to adapt project management style to suit the type of project and client requirements
- Demonstrable end-to-end project management experience
- Strong understanding of change management within a transformation
- Accountability responsibility for the ways of working from definition, approach, facilitation, and satisfactory completion of projects to ensure business value
- Exceptional genuine and personable communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to leverage internal teams' collective knowledge and experience to bring extensive industry and functional knowledge to our customers
